Additionally, Exeltis guarantees taking due diligence when doing business and during its daily professional activity. Key performance indicators to measure effectiveness of steps being taken.
At Exeltis, the CAC (Compliance and Audit Committee), gathers every 2 months to follow up different topics affecting the business. One of the topics discussed on those meetings is about any complaint, violation or demand related to the Exeltis Code of Ethics and ABC Book that has been received by the whistleblower channel (Direct Line).
We make sure that all our employees and staff have been duly trained to look out for signs of modern slavery, misbehaviours and any other kind of violation of our rules or current legislation.
