I joined Exeltis UK in December 2025 as General Manager. I bring over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specialising in women’s health and vaccines. My career has been shaped by a strong belief that women’s health has been historically under-prioritised and deserves greater focus. I am passionate about helping to change this through the products we provide, a clear strategy, and high-quality execution—always ensuring that patients remain at the heart of everything we do. I am known for my collaborative, people-first leadership style, focused on empowering teams, fostering trust, and translating insight into sustainable growth that ultimately improves outcomes for women.
I joined Exeltis UK in 2022 and I lead the financial operations of our company. With both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical financial experience, my aim is to maximise our operational excellence and deliver a strong financial performance; by working with a team who are passionate and determined to meet the needs of patients in women’s health.
I joined Exeltis in December 2024 as Marketing Manager, bringing with me nearly 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing. Throughout my career, I’ve held a variety of roles within the sector, gaining broad experience in brand development, product launches, and multi-channel campaigns.
Over the past three years, I’ve focused specifically on women’s health — an area I’ve become truly passionate about. That experience made the move to Exeltis a natural next step, aligning perfectly with both my professional background and personal interest in improving health outcomes for women.

As Exeltis’ Responsible Person (RP), RP for Import and QA Manager, I am dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of product quality, efficacy, and regulatory compliance within the women’s health pharmaceutical sector. My expertise spans across EU GMDP (Good Manufacturing and Distribution Practice) regulations and guidelines, quality systems management and GDP auditing, ensuring that every product we bring to the market meets global standards.
I am extremely passionate about fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement that prioritises product quality. By leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, implementing tailored and robust QA systems, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes, I am committed to advancing women’s health through quality excellence.
