I joined the amazing team of Exeltis in the UK in 2023, as General Manager, after having previously led the teams of Exeltis in the United States and France. I feel fortunate to be working in Women’s Healthcare and being part of a team that puts a great passion into delivering health options to women with the focus of improving their health and life quality in the different stages of their journey in family planning, pregnancy, or menopause.
When I am not working, I am an avid reader, a curious city hopper and a tireless traveller. I also love sports, even more if they involve the mountain or the sea but what I love the most is spending time with family and friends.
I am excited to have been selected to join the dynamic Exeltis UK team as Medical Director in May 2024. I am a UK trained doctor with a career background in clinical practice and more than 20 years working in medical affairs with some major pharmaceutical companies. I am looking forward to working with the team to bring innovations and improve the choice of medicines that are available to patients across a range of conditions while ensuring affordability and sustainability as Exeltis grows in the UK.
Away from work I have an increasing interest in wildlife and environmental issues acquired while exploring by foot, bike and canoe with family and friends.
I joined Exeltis UK in 2022 and I lead the financial operations of our company. With both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical financial experience, my aim is to maximise our operational excellence and deliver a strong financial performance; by working with a team who are passionate and determined to meet the needs of patients in women’s health.
I joined Exeltis UK in 2022 to lead and deliver our sales and market access capability. The role incorporates my core professional passions – delivering improved outcomes in women’s health and creating a motivating and positive environment in which people can thrive. My experience of working in women’s health means that I know how rewarding it can be but also how much more is to be done. We are up for the challenge!
As Exeltis’ Responsible Person (RP), RP for Import and QA Manager, I am dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of product safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance within the women’s health pharmaceutical sector. My expertise spans across EU GMDP (Good Manufacturing and Distribution Practice) regulations and guidelines, quality systems management and GDP auditing, ensuring that every product we bring to the market meets global standards.
I am extremely passionate about fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement that prioritises patient safety and well-being. By leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, implementing tailored and robust QA systems, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes, I am committed to advancing women’s health through quality excellence.
